Prior to joining the board, she spent more than two decades as an owner of Compdata Surveys & Consulting, where she served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development. She is also recognized for her extensive work with healthcare associations, hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare providers on compensation, benefits, governance, and workforce challenges.

As Director, Theresa will provide strategic oversight with a focus on corporate governance, financial stewardship, sustainable growth, and long-term stakeholder value.
